Since its creation in Belgium in 2003, Vialegis has been the reference, pioneer and market leader in Legal Interim Management and in the recruitment and selection of legal and tax professionals in Belgium. Thanks to our unique approach, based on the principle of “for and by lawyers,” and a growing demand for lawyers in an economic context that is becoming increasingly more legally oriented, we have been continuously growing year after year.
In 2017 we became part of The House of HR, an international group of specialized HR companies. This has led to enhanced specialization, enabling us to provide an even better service to our candidates and customers, whilst accelerating our European expansion.
In this context, we are delighted to announce the relaunch of our Luxembourg subsidiary Vialegis SA as of March 2018. The initial team will be composed of 3 members:

Anne Masson –International Operations Officer (on the left)
Our office is based in a modern and discreet building in Strassen and we have already started assisting our clients with legal, tax and compliance searches, both for permanent roles and for temporary needs.
This opening is an additional step forward in line with our European growth project and we strongly believe in the potential of Luxembourg to become a pillar of this development.

Alexis Yaghi – Country Manager:
Alexis has been working as a recruiter in Luxembourg for more than 7 years. Four years ago, he built from scratch the legal & tax division of a multinational recruitment firm and made it a significant success. Alexis can rely on an extensive network and a strong reputation thanks to his quality of service and his understanding of clients’ and candidates’ expectations. Alexis speaks fluently English and French.

Lucie Boedts – Consultant:
Lucie studied law at the University of London and Cologne (LL.M). In her early career, she worked for Freshfields in Singapore, and for the legal department of major multinational corporations in the industry sector in Germany, Austria, Belgium and Luxembourg as legal counsel and as legal interim manager, focusing on M&A and commercial contracts. At Vialegis, Lucie focuses on the Legal Interim Management service. She speaks fluently French, English and German.

Anne Masson –International Operations Officer:
Anne studied law at the Facultés Universitaires de Namur and at the KUL and spent her last year at University College of London as part of the Erasmus programme. Upon graduation, she embarked on her career at Marsh, where she held various positions over a period spanning more than 20 years. She joined the Vialegis-team in 2017. Together with Philippe Jadoul, founder of the firm, she is responsible for the international expansion of Vialegis and for the operational cooperation between the various Vialegis branches. Additionally, Anne is supporting the Luxembourg team to complete recruitment missions.
