Arbitration specialist goes solo in Brussels

After more than 15 years in one of the most highly reputed law firm in international arbitration, Olivier Caprasse, also a professor at the universities of Liège and Brussels (arbitration, ADR, corporate law), and a member of the International Court of Arbitration in Paris, decided to go solo and to form his own law firm in May 2017. He will remain in Brussls.

Commenting on his move, Olivier said: “The idea is, as an arbitrator, reducing conflicts of interest as far as possible and, as counsel, working with maximum flexibility”.

Chambers Global 2017 described him as “very well reasoned, pragmatic and smart – he’s an excellent arbitrator; according to sources. He is particularly noted for his expertise in arbitrations related to insurance, joint ventures, contracts, and post M&A matters
