Ashurst appoints new management in Brussels

Ashurst has appointed a new office managing partner and created a new ‘head of Brussels’ position. The changes follow the recently announced departure of former Managing Partner Carl Meyntjens to Simmons & Simmons.

Arnaud Wtterwulghe has been appointed office managing partner and Denis Fosselard as head of Brussels.

Mr. Fesselard joined in 2013 as a senior partner in the firm’s competition team. Prior to that he worked as head of EU and antitrust at Legance Studio Leagale Associato.

Mr. Wtterwulghe moved from Baker & McKenzie to Ashurst in 2001. He specialises in banking and finance matters with a focus on cross-border transactions and debt restructuring issues.
