DKW Law welcomes a new partner in corporate law

"We are pleased to announce that Alain Costantini joined the law firm Dear Krzewinski & Willez ("DKW") on 1 May 2014 as co-head of the corporate team, together with Christophe Krzewinski.

His main areas of expertise are corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and commercial agreements, offering a full scope of legal services, from advice to litigation.

He has also developed a practice centred on corporate restructuring and insolvency. He is often appointed as liquidator of companies.

Alain has also gained 20 years of experience with trade federations and lobbying associations. He is an associate member of the Federation of European and International Associations established in Belgium (FAIB) - www.faib.org.

Before joining DKW, Alain worked with Allen & Overy LLP and with Bird & Bird LLP, where he was a partner for 11 years "
