Crowell & Moring Brussels strengthens Life sciences and Regulatory team
Tina's legal practice focuses on Public and Administrative Law and the Life Sciences sector. She also advises and litigates in IP and regulatory issues. From 2006-2008 Tina worked as an Attaché-Jurist for the Section of Administrative Disputes of the Council of State (Raad van State/Conseil d'Etat), the highest administrative court of Belgium (a.o. in environmental law and pharmaceuticals). She also worked for the Section of Legislation of the Council of State, where she focused on constitutional law, fundamental and human rights and the global coherence of proposed acts and laws. Before joining Crowell&Moring, Tina was an associate with a Brussels based law firm which is active in the pharmaceutical arena.
Tina's arrival confirms that the Life Sciences and Regulatory practices are priorities for Crowell&Moring Brussels. Tina's experience at the Council of State will enable us to further develop our services regarding marketing authorizations for pharmaceuticals and food products, launch and marketing strategies, pricing and reimbursement, DCP/MRP-proceedings, SPC's, EMEA-questions, parallel import, medical devices, etc.
