The agreements concluded between Belgium and the Netherlands/Luxembourg, which implement a mutual “force majeure tolerance” for cross-border workers in relation to COVID-19 (travel) restrictions, were already extended until 31 august 2020. We anticipated that a similar extension would become applicable for the agreements between Belgium and Germany/France). En application des règles « anti-cumul » classiques, le cumul de revenus (professionnels et/ou de remplacement) avec la pension légale peut entraîner la suspension ou la réduction de celle-ci. Or, certains pensionnés ont repris ou étendu leur activité professionnelle dans le cadre de la lutte contre le COVID-19, et de nombreuses personnes bénéficient d’un revenu de remplacement ou d’une indemnité spécifique octroyée en raison du COVID-19.
