La loi du 8 mai 2022 fixant les nouvelles règles relatives aux annonces de réductions de prix (nouveaux articles VI.18 et VI.19 du Code de droit économique ("CDE")) a été publiée ce 2 juin 2022 au Moniteur belge.[1] Les annonces de réductions de prix doivent dès lors toujours mentionner le prix antérieur (ci-après "prix de référence"), c'est-à-dire le prix le plus bas appliqué par l'entreprise dans les 30 jours précédant immédiatement la réduction de prix.
