Lydian assists Naxicap Partners in the sale of its majority stake in House of HR

The private equity giant Bain Capital will become the new main shareholder (55%) of the staffing group House of HR. 

The sale of Naxicap Partners majority stake in House of HR made it all the way to the top of the list of largest private equity deals in Belgium! 

The Lydian team was represented by Peter De Ryck, Florence Colpaert, Delphine Penninck and Benjamin Louwaege.
