CMS Belgium strengthens its corporate department with two partner promotions

Law firm CMS is announcing two partner promotions within its corporate law department in Brussels.

Grégory de Sauvage joined CMS Brussels office in 2006. He is specialized in insolvency and white collar crime. Gregory is also an experienced litigator in corporate law, shareholders conflicts and directors liability. His practice encompasses all industry sectors and covers advisory work and litigation in civil cases as well as in criminal cases. Grégory is the author or co-author of numerous publications and conferences in insolvency law and Directors & Officers‘ liability.

Grégory holds a law degree from Université Catholique de Louvain (2005) and is member of the corporate law commission of the Brussels bar.

David Prync joined the corporate practice of CMS Brussels office in 2011. David’s work focuses on domestic and international transaction matters as he specializes in merger and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. .

David holds a law degree (2005) and a special Degree in Economic Law (2006) from Université Libre de Bruxelles as well as an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from King's College (2007), University of London.
