Strelia Advises Norsk Hydro on the Sale of its Belgian-based Norsk Hydro Precision Tubing Business.
The Strelia team led by Gisèle Rosselle and Céderic Devroey has advised Norsk Hydro on the sale of its Hydro Precision Tubing Business to Aurelius.

Hydro Extruded Solutions AB will sell 100% of Hydro Precision Tubing Lichtervelde NV (HPTL) to Aurelius. HPTL specializes in manufacturing welded aluminium tubes for industrial products and HVAC, and other markets. Aurelius is a European investment group with offices in Munich, London, Stockholm, Amsterdam and Madrid. It focuses on acquiring corporate carve-outs and companies with operational improvement and growth potential.
