Stefaan Loosveld, incoming National Managing Partner, Belgium, at Linklaters, said: “We wholeheartedly thank Bernd for his leadership in the past four years, including in the recent unprecedented times that have again shown the strengths of Linklaters and our Belgian offices, that is being there for our clients, in good and bad times, and caring for our people.  We obviously remain ambitious and focused on delivering top legal service to our clients, never forgetting that we are first and foremost a people business, taking pride and joy in teaming up with our clients and colleagues, and nurturing professional relations based on common goals and values. ”
