After a career that spans more than a decade at Eversheds Sutherland, Céline Wauters has been appointed Employment Partner at Eversheds Sutherland Belgium as of January 2021.
Céline Wauters started her career at Eversheds Sutherland within the Brussels office in 2010. Today, she has built a solid reputation as an experienced Employment lawyer.
She will advise and assist the increasing number of domestic and international clients with their complex employment issues. These involve, amongst others, restructurings, closure of companies, termination of employment contracts, drafting and reviewing of work regulations and policies, international employment matters, audits/due diligence for multinationals, drafting and negotiating Collective Bargaining Agreements.
Céline also has broad experience in litigation regarding these matters on behalf of her clients before Belgian courts. She has particular expertise in data privacy issues in the context of the employment relationship.
