Tender Law welcomes new partner

Tender Law is delighted to welcome Sarah Moens as a new partner. Sarah joins Tender Law after several years of experience at top-tier firms such as DLA Piper and Stibbe, where she advised public and private clients on all aspects of government contracts and public procurement law. In previous years, she also gained a commercial experience as an inhouse counsel. Sarah is a regular speaker at both national and international conferences and a guest lecturer at universities in Belgium and abroad. She is a frequent author of legal articles and is regularly quoted in the business press (De Tijd, L’Echo, Het Financieele Dagblad, …).
