Notius is delighted to announce that Greg Jacobs has joined the firm as partner, after a close collaboration as of counsel for over ten years, mainly in administrative matters. As a specialist in the fields of urban development, environmental, real estate and administrative law, Greg is bringing valuable expertise to Notius, a firm mainly focused on real estate professionals.
Greg started at the Brussels bar twenty-five years ago, and worked for several of the major Belgian and international firms. In 2013, he founded his own firm Jacobs Attorneys. He is now fully integrating his practice within Notius.
Clients not only appreciate Greg’s thorough knowledge of his field of expertise, but also his calm and composed approach. He is highly passionate about arguing his client’s case and regularly appears in the council for permit disputes, the Council of State and the constitutional court. He holds the lawyer in criminal cases certificate with the Court of Cassation. Furthermore, he is a member of the GAP (Society of Public Law Attorneys) and the VVOR (Environmental Law Association).
With Greg joining the partnership, Notius further strengthens its position as a leading firm in real estate law.
