Van Bael & Bellis is pleased to announce the promotion of employment law specialist Sara Beutels to Counsel.
Sara joined Van Bael & Bellis in March 2018 and has more than 10 years of experience in employment law. She specialises in all areas of employment and social security law, both contentious and non-contentious.
Belgian employment and social security law. Her expertise includes providing legal assistance in the areas of individual and collective dismissals, social security issues, employee benefits, working time issues, social inspection audits and the drafting of all employment-law related documentation (such as contracts, work rules and policies).
International transactions. Sara advises on the employment and social security law aspects connected to (cross-border) M&A transactions, including the information/consultation of employees and formalities in the framework of the transfer of undertakings.
Labour courts. She also represents clients in all employment-related matters before the labour courts.
