Eubelius has announced the appointment of three new Counsels. Carl Clottens, Philip Hulpiau and Stijn Rynwalt have been promoted to the position of Counsel with effect from 1 January 2019.
Carl Clottens is mainly active in corporate and financial law, with particular expertise in mergers and takeovers. He has been an attorney at Eubelius and a member of the Brussels bar since 2004.
Philip Hulpiau practises trade and economic law, with a particular focus on corporate and association law. He also works on real estate development and care sector matters. He is member of the Antwerp bar and works at our Antwerp office.
Stijn Rynwalt focuses on contractual and liability law, general commercial law, and economic and financial law with a specialisation in bank liability. He has been a member of the Brussels bar since 2007.
