ELS acquires Intersentia

The Editions Lefebvre-Sarrut Group (ELS), a European leader in the knowledge economy, accelerates its development on the legal, tax and accounting markets in Belgium.

The Group’s Belgian subsidiary, ELS Belgium, the major legal and professional publishing and services provider which publishes under the Larcier and Indicator names, is extending its range of services on the Belgian market through the acquisition of Intersentia, a leading legal, tax and accounting publisher in Flanders.

ELS Belgium is pleased to announce the acquisition of Intersentia, and the creation of a truly bilingual legal, tax and accounting services provider for the Belgian market.

This acquisition strongly reinforces ELS Belgium’s current portfolio of publications and tools serving the large number of legal, tax and compliance professionals across Belgium. This development is central to the Company’s strategy to accelerate its development on the Belgian market.
