Younity welcomes two new partners

Shortly after the arrival of Laurence Markey, expert in public service law, Younity has now attracted two new experts in domains which are closely related to its existing practices.

Nicolas Tancredi reinforces the team to develop the Compensation & Benefits department. After having worked for more than 8 years in the « Tax & Legal » department of Deloitte, Nicolas launched his lawyer’s practice in 2013 before joining Younity. His daily practice covers all legal and tax aspects of alternative compensation, choice of professional status and management of Human resources, including international mobility, domains which are becoming increasingly important. These aspects are essentials and become more and more complex for any corporations. Younity aims to provide a better support and optimal customer service to its clients.

Younity’s clients will also benefit from the expertise of Nicolas Roland in IP-IT and privacy matters. Nicolas does not only deal with data protection issues but also addresses various matters such as IT contracts, outsourcing, software licenses, e-commerce, telecommunication and Internet regulations. He has over 10 years’ experience working at the international law firm Stibbe. He is also an assistant professor of media law at the University of Brussels and gives lectures at the University of Luxembourg. His arrival is an important and valuable step in increasing our offering to our clients who will face more and more related issues, notably as a result of the entry into force in 2018 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
