International law firm Simmons & Simmons has expanded its corporate and commercial team with the addition of Peter Parez who joins the firm’s Brussels office as counsel.*
Peter joins the firm from Bird & Bird. He specialises in corporate and commercial law matters. Peter has extensive experience in M&A transactions, private equity & venture capital deals, acting as lead negotiator and/or main contact for the client. Peter is much appreciated for his client- oriented approach by his clients, which include multinational and local companies, private equity funds and financial institutions. Mathieu Stordeur will also join Simmons & Simmons from Bird & Bird as of next month.
