MODO Advocaten / Avocats is delighted to welcome Dominique Walravens as new partner.
Dominique Walravens, previously partner at Racine, will focus on the sector “property”. She will assure assistance and counselling for all aspects related to real estate (sale, exploitation of real estate (lease, usufruct, leasehold, hotel business), financing, soil remediation, construction, ….) .
Dominique has also developed special expertise in the pharmaceutical industry which she will expand as part of the “regulatory”-team.
Her contribution will furthermore be bundled with the expertise of Didier Deneuter and Régine Feltkamp to provide start-ups and SMEs with strategical-legal advice within the free think tank “Innovative Thinking”, as well as within a long term relationship. The cooperation with Dominique is likely to bring also cross-pollination with the other sectors within which MODO is active.
