Van Olmen & Wynant has welcomed Jeroen Mues as Counsel in the Corporate law department. He has over 10 years of experience and his corporate practice includes national and international transactional work for companies active in diverse industries. Before joining Van Olmen & Wynant, he worked for several law firms with a focus on national and international corporate and financing transactions.
Jeroen specializes in (de)mergers, acquisitions, liquidations, joint ventures, corporate real estate and financing transactions and business restructurings, and has experience working for national and international non-profit organizations.
Jeroen is fluent in Dutch, English and French. Jeroen holds a Master’s degree in law from the University of Leuven where he graduated in 2003 (KU Leuven). Furthermore, he holds a post-graduate Master’s degree in Economic Law (French-speaking University of Brussels (ULB), cum laude, 2004) and a post-graduate Master’s degree in corporate law (University of Brussels (KUB), cum laude, 2005).
