Ms. Zuehlke has more than 15 years of experience as an antitrust practitioner in Brussels and Germany, including as an antitrust partner at Latham & Watkins LLP in Brussels.

I am very pleased to join Willkie Farr & Gallagher,” said Ms. Zuehlke. “Willkie has a highly respected EU antitrust team in Brussels and Paris as well as a market-leading M&A and private equity team in Europe. Willkie’s strong global platform on both the corporate and competition side will certainly be an asset to my current clients. I am also looking forward to working with Willkie’s impressive roster of clients.

Our clients will benefit from Susanne’s significant experience with complex merger control and antitrust investigations. In particular, her deep familiarity with the requirements of private equity sponsors will be of great value to our private equity clients,” commented Mario Schmidt, Managing Partner of the Frankfurt office.

Jacques-Philippe Gunther, Head of European Competition and Antitrust, added: “Our practice is internationally recognized for its successful involvement in some of the most important antitrust matters. The addition of Susanne’s German and EU competition and antitrust practice expands our European presence and strengthens our growing antitrust practice in Brussels, which now consists of three partners, including Adrien Giraud and myself.”
