Frank Weinand has joined CAIRN LEGAL as of 15 June, where he will be in charge of the corporate department. Dorothée Cardon de Lichtbuer joined as well.
Frank focusses on corporate matters and international contracts. Thanks to his experience in both advice and litigation, he offers a full range of legal services in areas such as M&A or joint ventures but also restructuring, insolvency and the like.
He has build as well a particular expertise in advising and representing German clients.
Frank joined the Brussels bar in 1984.
He speaks English, German, French and Dutch.
