Koenraad Flamant started his career in 1995 at the Brussels Bar Association and continued at the Bar Association of Louvain. The last 4 years, Koen was the Chief Legal Officer of the Royal Properties Group, focusing on real estate development as well on asset management. As a former local representative and administrator of a prominent social housing company operating in the Brussels periphery, he’s offering an extensive legal expertise, with a significant extra : the hands-on, in-depth experience of the entrepreneur as well the public authority, active in real estate.
