Dear Krzewinski & Willez appoints Laurent Masson as partner

Dear Krzewinski & Willez is pleased to announce the appointment of Laurent Masson as partner in charge of its IP/IT department.

Laurent focuses his practice on intellectual property (IP), information and communications technology (ICT), e-commerce and data protection. His practice includes both the drafting and negotiating of contracts (licensing, outsourcing, consortium,...) as well as dealing with related litigation. Laurent also deals with IP and ICT aspects of M&A transactions. He regularly writes on all these topics.

Laurent also regularly advises on commercial law issues, essentially on distribution agreements and unfair trade practices.

Prior to joining Dear Krzewinski & Willez, Laurent worked 8 years as a senior associate at Bird & Bird LLP and 5 years as an associate at Loyens & Loeff.
