Nelissen Grade Lawyers is pleased to announce the appointment of Sam Verbeke as equity partner, effective from 1 January 2012.
Sam Verbeke will mainly be responsible for the further development of the intellectual property department (copyright, design, trade marks and pattents). Passionate about new technology, he has also specialised in the field of information- and communication technology (ICT), advising clients on all legal aspects of the internet, software contracts, e-commerce, privacy, etc. He has also extensive experience in trade practices and commercial law.
Sam Verbeke obtained his law degree from the University of Leuven (KU Leuven) in 2002 and has been part of the firm since then.
