Cadanz welcomes Bram Gillis as a new partner to strengthen its commercial and litigation practice. Prior to joining Cadanz, Bram Gillis was a senior associate in the commercial law department of Eubelius.
Bram Gillis brings with him a wealth of experience in distribution law, commercial contracts and trade practices.
He assists major national and international clients in negotiating and drafting distribution agreements, commercial agency agreements, license agreements, and other commercial contracts. He also advises clients, in and out of court, on complex issues of trade practices, and has been involved in some of the most high profile matters in this field.
Since the fall of 2001, Bram has been practicing law at the Brussels' bar.
