Sven Demeulemeester has been appointed a new Partner at ALTIUS. This appointment not only strengthens the firm's Employment Law practice but offers ALTIUS clients a specific expertise in Sports Law.
Sylvie Dubois and Sven Demeulemeester will jointly lead the expanding Employment Law practice. Sven mainly advises on restructurings, cross-border employment issues, retirement arrangements (incl. early retirement arrangements for senior executives) and pension issues. He also deals with litigation before the employment courts.
In his capacity as an expert in Sports Law, Sven advises players, brokers, clubs and sports federations. The importance of this area of legal expertise is becoming more relevant and complex every day and can hardly be underestimated. ALTIUS Sports Law practice is distinguished by its multidisciplinary approach.
