Simont Braun welcomes a new partner in its IP department

Simont Braun is delighted to announce the appointment of Michaël De Vroey as a partner in the intellectual property department. Michaël brings more than 15 years of experience acquired in leading international law firms in Brussels and Antwerp. 

Michaël De Vroey advises international and domestic companies on all aspects of intellectual property law and defends their interests before the Belgian, Benelux, and EU courts and IP offices. His practice focuses mainly on IP enforcement for clients in the fashion & luxury sector and the consumer goods & retail industry. Michaël also handles commercial disputes in court and arbitration, has extensive experience in settlement negotiations and mediation, and regularly advises clients on digital media and copyright-related issues, consumer and advertising law, and audiovisual media services regulations.

Benelux Association for Trademarks and Designs (BMM) and the International Association for the Protection of IP (AIPPI).
