The C&B coordinator delivers high level expertise related to C&B matters, executes and monitors all C&B processes and manages employee benefits (insurances, lease cars etc) across the 5 Recticel sites in Belgium.

Specific tasks & responsibilities

  • You coordinate and operationally support all C&B processes such as the annual salary review and performance management process.
     
  • You manage all employee related benefits: contracting, follow-up quality & deliverables, leading improvement projects and ensuring legal compliance.
     
  • You are responsible for job grading using the Hay system and for maintaining the grading database.
     
  • You ensure your C&B expertise is up to date and you keep track of labour market trends.
     
  • You ensure the availability of benchmarking data whenever needed.
     
  • You work closely together with the payroll coordinator Belgium and are the back-up for the main payroll processes for white collars.
     
  • You ensure clear and timely communication on C&B related matters to management and employees.
     
  • You coordinate GDPR compliance for HR.

  • You have a master degree, preferably in law or economics and at least 5 years of experience in the C&B area.
     
  • You have a strong interest in and knowledge of group insurances and the related legislation.
     
  • You are able to take full responsibility for C&B related projects from planning to implementation and follow-up.
     
  • You are an excellent communicator – able to explain complex matters in a simple way.
     
  • You take initiative and work autonomously.
     
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office (especiallyexcel) is required - knowledge of SAP HR and Successfactors is a plus.
     
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (oral & written). Any other language is an asset.
