Due to their rapid expansion, KPMG law is looking for a Senior Associate / Counsel Regulatory Real Estate  to join the team in Brussels (Kortrijk/Hasselt).

Within the Real Estate department you will assist clients within all domains in the field of regulatory real estate, such as town planning and zoning rules, building, environmental and allotment permits, soil legislation, expropriation, public domain issues and litigation before the administrative courts.

You will work in the Real estate team as well as in our larger legal network.

You will be based in Zaventem (+ possibility to work from Kortrijk/Hasselt offices).

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to take the lead in the further development of the regulatory real estate practice group.

  • You have a master degree in law. Additional qualifications or international experience (Manama/LLM) are great assets.
  • You have 6-12 years of relevant professional experience in Regulatory Real Estate Law.
  • You are eager to learn and you have the ambition to excel in the legal field mentioned above.
  • You have strong analytical skills - you approach complex legal questions with an innovative mindset.
  • You are a real team player.                 
  • You are client-oriented - you are naturally curious about the socio-economic developments that keep your clients up at night.
