Cresco is currently looking to complement its dispute resolution team with an outstanding colleague with 2 to 4 years of relevant dispute resolution experience, particularly in the field of corporate and commercial law. Experience in in ICT-litigation would be a plus.

You will primarily be engaged in day-to-day risk management, advisory work and external representation prior to litigation, settlement negotiations, conduct of litigation and arbitration proceedings including legal research, drafting of submissions and representation before court and arbitral tribunals.

You will advise entrepreneurs, investors and large, established companies on a wide range of national and international contentious matters, such as shareholder’s disputes, liability of management, tort liability, post-acquisition litigation, insolvency, or disputes related to service or consultancy agreements, IP/ICT-agreements, distribution and agency agreements, commercial lease, purchase and sale,...

• You have obtained a Master in Law at a Belgian university and have achieved superior grades in your university studies.
• You have 2 – 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a reputable law firm, with a specialization in commercial and/or corporate law and dispute resolution.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. Strong knowledge of French is a plus.
• You have strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• You are able to prioritize and you excel in a fast-paced environment.
• You are able to independently manage projects and client relationships and to collaborate with others.
• You are a team player and you have great work ethics.
