To support its growth, Quinz is currently looking to make a long-term investment in a highly capable corporate/M&A lawyer who will advise our clients on various types of merger & acquisition projects, corporate finance transactions, real estate projects and a variety of corporate counseling and business restructuring matters.

• You hold a Belgian master’s degree in law;
   
• You have between 3 to 5 years of demonstrable experience in corporate/M&A;
   
• You gained your expertise at an internationallaw firmor the corporate/M&A department of a Belgian top tier niche firm;
   
• You are able to deliver high quality work, and yet you are hands-on and pragmatic;
   
• You are fluent in English and Dutch or French;
