We are currently looking for a Junior lawyer for our Banking & Capital Markets department (un Avocat en droit Bancaire et Financier).

Your Mission:

You will join our team to work as a Junior Lawyer on various types of files providing legal advice to a wide range of international and multi-national clients, private equity houses, financial institutions and institutional clients.

Your duties will include:

• Advising clients on all matters relating to Banking and Finance, Equity and Debt Capital Markets, Securitisation and structured finance, including secured Lending, acquisition finance, asset finance, real estate finance, securities offerings (by way of private placements or public offerings), debt issuance programmes, financial collateral arrangements, listings and all related regulatory aspects.
   
• Direct involvement in stimulating files which will allow you to discover and in turn apply the best technical methods in respect of international legal issues.
   
• Working hand-in-hand with our Corporate team to provide a fully integrated advice to our clients

• A university degree in Law (Master II or an equivalent diploma)
   
• Skills to deliver comprehensive range of legal services on all aspects of financial regulation
   
• Good communication skills and be a team player
   
• A good command of French and English
   
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to adapt easily
