Insurance Lawyer

For our client, a full-service independent Belgian leading law firm, we are looking for a French speaking Insurance Lawyer (2 – 5 years of experience) to join the Commercial & Litigation department in Brussels.

You will be part of the Commercial & Litigation department.

You will assist your clients daily in all fields of insurance law.

You will be involved in various matters such as claims, distribution of insurance products, life and non- life insurance, policy wording, insurance taxes etc.

The Insurance & Reinsurance team is recognized for its expertise in claims litigation (product liability, life insurance,...), for its regulatory advice and for its extensive knowledge of all life and non-life insurance products.

You will work for prestigious Belgian and international insurers and brokers.

• You hold a Belgian Masters in law
   
• 2 - 5 years of experience in Insurance law or in Commercial law, with an interest in Insurance law
   
• You are a native French speaker with an excellent command of English. Passive knowledge of Dutch.
   
• You are passionate about your work and you have the necessary drive to provide your clients the best assistance
   
• You are a team player that can also work independently
   
• You are enthusiastic to keep on learning
