Our Brussels office is looking for a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Officer to join our HR-team.

Main responsibilities

Together with the HR-team you are responsible for:

• Managing the full recruitment-cycle for both business and staff vacancies ;

• Drafting recruitment ads;

• Reviewing incoming resumes and cover letters;

• Identifying, interviewing and evaluating potential candidates;

• Building a strong employer brand to ensure we attract, hire and retain the best and most qualified lawyers and employees;

• Organizing job fairs and coordinate other campus recruitment activities;

• Building and maintaining relationships with Universities, recruitment agencies and other external stakeholders;

• Working closely together with the HR-colleagues from The Netherlands and Luxembourg (including cross border vacancies).

You are

A self-reliant professional and an optimistic team player who likes to work in a professionally demanding environment. 

Skills and experience

• Bachelor in Human Resources, psychology or relevant field

• Proven work experience as an Recruiter (in HR and/or for another law firm is a plus)

• Proven expertise in employer branding projects

• Dutch speaking with excellent command of French and English

• Sound knowledge of MS Office and Social Media

• Highly organized, ownership of responsibilities
