Our client is an independent Belgian Law firm specialized in different sectors, they work with a multidisciplinary approach.

Their lawyers are highly specialized and passionate about working on challenging files and sharing their knowledge.

Today, they are looking for a mid-level/senior Commercial Lawyer to join their team in Brussels or Flanders.

What will your missions and responsibilities be?

• Advise your clients to avoid potential litigation

• Draft memos and contracts

• Handle litigation files if an extra judicial agreement could not be reached

• Do researches in various legal databases specialized in employment law/social law

• Draft and contribute to “scientific” articles

• Supervise and coach trainees

• Contribute to the improvement of the current services by bringing new ideas

• Liaise with other departments

Your profile and key areas of expertise?

• Between 4 to 8 years of experience in Commercial law

• Dutch native speaker with an excellent command of English, passive knowledge of French

• Able to transfer knowledge to trainees, going the extra (s) mile, committed to deliver a high quality work, ability to manage tight deadlines

• Good drafting skills, clear communication
