Our client is an independent Belgian Law firm specialized in different sectors, they work with a multidisciplinary approach.

Their lawyers are highly specialized and passionate about working on challenging files and sharing their knowledge.

Today, they are looking for a mid-level Corporate Lawyer to join their team in Real Estate & PPP in Brussels.

What will your missions and responsibilities be?

• Advise your clients being both from the private and public sector
   
• Draft memos and contracts
   
• Handle litigation files if an extra judicial agreement could not be reached
   
• Do researches in various legal databases specialized in employment law/social law
   
• Draft and contribute to “scientific” articles
   
• Contribute to the improvement of the current services by bringing new ideas
   
• Liaise with other departments

Your profile and key areas of expertise?

• Between 3 to 7 years of experience in Corporate law
   
• An interest in Real Estate & Public Private Partnerships
   
• Dutch native speaker with an excellent command of English, passive knowledge of French
   
• Entrepreneur mindset, pragmatic, able to work with humor in a team
   
• Good drafting skills, clear communication
