Our client is a big player in Business Law with offices in Belgium, Luxembourg & Germany.

They deliver top notch services to all type of clients, on a national and international level.

Today, they are looking for a Mid-level Corporate Lawyer with an expertise in M&A to join their offices in Brussels and in Flanders (flexible locations).

What will your missions and responsibilities be?

• Work on important files related to General Corporate Law and M&A
   
• Advise the clients, from the due diligence to the end of the operation (A to Z)
   
• Sit at the negotiation table with senior colleagues
   
• Think out of the box to provide solutions

Your profile and key areas of expertise ?

• Around 4 to 6 years of experience in M&A
   
• Dutch native with good English and, at least, a good passive knowledge of French
   
• A master or postgraduate in Corporate law or related is a strong plus
   
• With a passion for M&A operations, you are able to deliver a quality work autonomously as well as in a team, you have excellent drafting and negotiation skills
