Dear Krzewinski & Willez is willing to recruit a mid-level associate in corporate law for the team of Alain Costantini.

The candidate should have developed an interest for corporate law (including the M&A practice), commercial law and restructuring.

• A candidate with least 2 years of experience;

• With strong analytical legal skills, as evidenced by a strong academic record;

• Enthusiast, pragmatic and eager to provide assistance to clients in complex and significant matters;

• Entrepreneurial and willing to devote the necessary efforts to meet clients ‘expectations;

• Eager to integrate in a robust team while being able to work in an autonomous way;

• Languages: French and English. A good knowledge of Dutch is an asset;

• A part time combined with an academic function at the University can be envisaged.

• A dynamic structure that allows to deal with high profile matters in a friendly environment;
