We are looking for a trilingual Trilingual Legal Personal Assistant for a law firm situated in Brussels.

- the organization and administration of the work of several partners and associates

- typing (from dictated texts), formatting lay out and proof reading (from typed texts) for correspondence, submissions, memoranda, power point presentations, etc.

- agenda maintenance; meeting, conference, business lunches, travel and conference call organization

- opening client files and following up on e-mails, correspondence and action lists

- invoicing, expense notes and follow-up of billing

- maintenance of efficient filing & archiving systems

- library administration (encoding new works, spreading content page of key magazines) or other internal office tasks

- performing practical internet searches

- telephone contact and reception of visitors

- ensure deadlines are met

- highly motivated by the profile

- dynamic, pro-active and committed to end result 

- client minded, quality and detail oriented

- eloquent, discrete, service minded and able to handle high level contacts

- stress resistant, able to handle changes and short deadlines

- excellent English, Dutch and French (written & spoken) 

- sound knowledge of MS Office and other computer skills

- well organized and able to manage priorities and deadlines

- positive and open minded team player

- experience as a personal assistant, even more so in a law firm, is a plus

- very mature ownership of responsibilities

- a friendly, dynamic and stimulating environment
