Associate Corporate / M&A

To strengthen its team, the firm is currently looking for an Associate with 3 to 8 years of experience to join its Corporate and M&A Team.

The Corporate and M&A Team at ALTIUS provides a wide range of services to national and international corporate clients, financial institutions, and private clients across various corporate matters. In addition to expertise in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, the team specializes in corporate restructurings, corporate litigation, and private equity deals. Leveraging the firm's robust banking team, the Corporate and M&A Team is also adept at structuring and documenting acquisition and project financing.

• You are a Belgian qualified lawyer and you have 3 to 8 years of experience in corporate and especially in M&A law, ideally in a similar practice. You combine a profound interest in corporate and M&A law with commercial awareness.
• If you have worked or studied abroad we consider this to be an asset.
• You are fluent in French. Your level of English and Dutch is suitable for daily use in a business environment. Any knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus.
• You possess excellent writing skills and you prefer a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
• You are an open and enthusiastic team player, highly motivated and internationally oriented.
• You are not afraid to speak your mind, have shown your entrepreneurial spirit in the past (ex: involvement in a student club, sport club, etc.), and don’t always choose the more conventional path
