MOLITOR Avocats à la Cour is looking for a Legal Assistant (m/f)

Your role

You will assist Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice and be in charge of:

  • Legal support:
    • Handle preparation of legal documents 
    • Develop templates, format documents
    • Follow-up on deadlines
    • Update of internal databases and monitor client files in our system 
  • Organization of business trips, internal and external meetings 
  • Formatting letters, reports and modifying documents
  • Follow-up on KYC aspects
  • Ensuring the backup of other assistants and reception 

Your profile

  • You have a degree in Business Administration or equivalent. 
  • You have a first experience in a similar position of minimum 3 years in a Law Firm
  • You have ideally worked for Litigation and Dispute Resolution legal teams
  • Fluency in French & English a must; German an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • You are proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills, meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • You are a team player, able to work autonomously
  • You can deal with confidential information
