Senior Associate – Corporate M&A/Private Equity – Financial and Capital market Law – French speaking – 6 to 12 years seniority

• You have about 6-12 years of relevant experience in corporate and capital market law in a reputed law firm;
• You are highly ambitious and keen to further support the growth and development of the practice;
• You see the potential of and are triggered by the potential of this MDP (Multi-disciplinary Practice);
• You approach complex legal questions with an innovative mindset;
• You embrace technology and are keen to explore how disruptive trends will shape the future of the legal profession;
• You are a promising talent with a sense of humor, a team player and you have strong communication skills;
• You master French and English fluently, with a thorough knowledge of Dutch;
• You hold a law degree and presenting additional qualifications is an asset

Our client promotes a hybrid workplace with a combination of home office and on-site. In that case, your main office location will be Boitsfort. You will also join on a regular basis the teams in Gateway, Zaventem (Brussels).
