Position:

Do you have a Master's degree in Law and at least 2 years of experience? Are you looking for a fulfilling expert position with a comfortable work-life balance? 

Our client is a sector federation and a part of their activities consists of supporting their member organisations with specialized databases and IT platforms and applications that are useful for their clients’ business.

You will strengthen the team that is responsible for the legal aspects of these products and services. This team acts in various phases of the provision of these services, namely during development, launch and adaptation stages.

You will be responsible for identifying and describing possible legal and/or practical issues with the launch and use of the products and services. 

You will be responsible for translating legal knowledge, information and experience into processes and documents that can be used by your colleagues who are developing and marketing the products. You document and synthese draft working notes to accompany the work of your technical colleagues in these projects. 

When doing so, you will look for links between different projects that improve coherence or to learn from previous experiences. You manage the drafting, distribution and archiving of all information (correspondence, reports, summary notes, legal files, etc.).

You are in close contact with the technical project managers, and externally with partners and government agencies.

Profile

For this role we look for someone with the following background and competences:

  • You have obtained a Master of Law with a few years of experience in drafting and summarizing legal documentation. Experience in the notary sector is a plus.
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and French 
  • You are analytical, detail- and result-oriented
  • You are communicative, both orally and in writing.
