As a Corporate / M&A Legal Advisor, you will support the newly created Aliaxis Next division which invests in/acquires technology oriented startups/funds worldwide. As part of the corporate lawyer's team, you will also be involved in legal reorganisations and contract negotiations. More specifically, you will:

  • Participate and advise on the entire M&A process, from the signing of NDAs to the closing of transactions (due diligence, drafting/reviewing documentation and participating in negotiations, preparatory corporate law documentation, R&W insurance, closing operations, etc.)
  • Be involved in full acquisitions but also in minority investments
  • Be a trusted partner in the implementation of legal reorganisations
  • Prepare inter-company or third party agreements on a variety of matters in the context of M&A or other projects
  • Advise on various corporate legal issues
  • Contribute to the priorities, initiatives and activities of the legal team


  • You hold a master’s degree in law
  • You have several years of proven experience in corporate law and M&A
  • You are comfortable in a dynamic and entrepreneurial technology-driven environment
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have well-developed analytical skills
  • You are able to translate and explain complex legal questions in a pragmatic way
  • You are able to work independently but also in a team
  • You are fluent in English and in Dutch or French
