Allen & Overy announced that Inge Vanderreken has been appointed a partner in the Employment & Benefits department, alongside partners Christian Bayart and Pieter De Koster.
Inge specialises in the full range of employment law including employee benefits and incentives. She advises clients on various aspects including employee restructuring, outsourcing, incentive schemes, discrimination, data protection and privacy issues, and multi-jurisdictional employment matters. Inge is an active member of our Global Benefits group. She is also a member of the Board of the Brussels Labour Law Association (a group comprising in-house counsel, practising lawyers, magistrates and judges, all specialising in employment law) and a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
Inge will be a valuable addition to the partnership. Her appointment will take effect from 1 May 2015.
