Lydian further strengthens its employment practice

Lydian further strengthens its employment practice with the hire of Jurgen De Vreese who will rejoin Lydian as from 1 January 2015 as counsel. Jurgen returns from Eubelius where he has been a senior associate since 2011. Jurgen deals with all aspects of employment and social security law.

He is specialised in employment and tax matters related to compensation and benefits, employee incentive schemes and pensions. "We are pleased to welcome Jurgen back to our firm", say Alexander Vandenbergen and Jan Hofkens, partners of Lydian's employment practice. "His knowledge and experience will immediately add value to our client service offerings. Jurgen De Vreese holds a law degree from the University of Brussels (VUB) (2001) and an LLM in French and European law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (2002). In 2008 he also obtained an advanced master's degree in pension law at the University of Leuven.
