Jürgen Schindler was promoted to the position of partner. Jürgen splits his time between our Brussels and Hamburg offices. He has extensive experience of advising on complex international, EU and German merger control, cartel and abuse of dominance cases.
Céline Masschelein was promoted to the position of counsel. Céline plays a key role in our Belgian litigation practice. She has experience in a broad range of complex commercial and corporate disputes (including mediation and arbitration). She has a particular expertise in corporate litigation (shareholders' and post-M&A disputes, auditor's and director's liability claims), corporate criminal law and distribution law.
