Functie :
We are currently looking for a senior associate native French/ Dutch speaker with approximately 4 to 6 years' experience.
You have developed a perfect expertise in corporate and commercial matters as in M&A and finance deals. A good command of real estate law would be also be appreciated.
Over the years, our Belgian practice has grown significantly to meet the demands of our domestic and international clients. The Belgian practice works closely with the other offices in the provision of advice and assistance to clients in relation to transactions which often incorporate multi-jurisdictional elements.
We offer advice in the following specialist areas: corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, commercial property and real estate, banking and finance, including securities and asset finance, competition law, tax and dispute resolution.
Gezocht profiel :
• you are a Belgian qualified lawyer with an excellent academic track record;
• you have experience in corporate law at a reputable law firm;
• you have an excellent command of the second national language and of English;
• you have a good hand writing skills and a perfect sense of communication;
• you are entrepreneurial, able to work independently and confident.
• you are particularly interested in working within an international environment where both your Brussels colleagues and the clients are from a wide range of countries.
